How about that jerk who sued McDonalds and Burger King becuase he was over weight that fact he didnt have to eat there but was still spupid and greedy enough to file his stupid lawsuit,his lawsuit was dimissed but in my opnion he should be sent to a gym and run the treadmill for 3 hours fed on bread and water

Lawsuits are only limited by the ability to pay for services. Interestingly I bet republicans which are the leading anti-lawsuit people are most likely to file frivolous lawsuits, because they have the money and can afford to do so.

Law suits like these are ridiculous. If you don't like the rules don't opt for their service… don't attempt to sue for millions of dollars you will never get.
Hmmmm… this one is tricky. We have to consider the argument of the old lady for her own protection but the difficult part here is the safety of other passengers in the subway.

My gut feel says that she lost.
If she looses, she should be forced to pay all court fees associated with her lawsuits. Taxpayers shouldn't have to foot the bill for this nonsense.
That is so stupid to file a lawsuit for not allowing her dog to ride on a subway. Pet are not allowed in the subway trains because animals can't be control in-case there are some disturbances in their senses while riding on a subway trains. I believe that this case must be dismissed for lacking of common sense in using a subway trains, If I were the judge.

Not only is this woman stupid, it seems that she is using the dog so that she can get through the subway faster. She should find another way to avoid having panic attacks, other than needing that massive dog with her.
It is really hard to merge people and animals in a subway specially if the dog doesn't have any proper training. It may attack a person without reason.

Bringing animal and people is not a good idea as for every single thing in the world has its own platform to follow.
Its Insane that animal and people sharing the same lane what about some day even they share our restaurant table and than the car, at last will be the bed too. I think the law is out of its mind.
It sounds disappointing as people and animal have there own place to leave and walk.It can never be possible if the animal are not qualified enough to cope with the people.
